"With food we can share and communicate our emotions. It is that mindset of sharing that is really what you are eating. There really is no difference between cooking and pursuing Buddhas Way".
Jeong Kwan, Korean Buddhist Nun, Chefs table, Netflix, 2017.
Pizza, a simple dish really, made our way using sourdough, in the traditional manner. Tomato sauce, a range of toppings for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. Cooked in under two minutes, served piping hot and eaten outdoors, with friends wherever we are to be found working.
Our choice of locations have been picked to meet you guys where you are happiest. Festivals, street food markets, weddings, office do's, music venues, race courses, skate parks and campsites. The great outdoors events of the South West, in revelry, amongst friends and like minded strangers.
The simple act of eating and sharing our pizza with your friends and loved ones could, if you chose to, be regarded as the simplest expression of love and contentment you chose to make that day.
Something so simple as a sharing a pizza, something so joyous and pure in its essence, nourishment for the soul and a cure to your belly rumblings. Relax, eat, drink, be merry, joyously participate in the miseries of the World, it's all we can really do anyway :)
