FROM FARM TO FORK

The boys are passionate about ingredients, and ideally located in the heart of the South West to provide locally sourced fare.

Update: July 2017. We have now raised our own pigs on a small holding in the foothills of Dartmoor National Park. Our first venture into the Farm to Fork process!

Update: October 2017. The team at the @Rustypiguk, Ottery St Mary have created a range of charcuterie products that will feature on specials board. As the different meats are aged and ready to be tasted we will let you know here!

Update: January 2018. We are currently using N'duja supplied from our own pigs, Charcuterie supplied by @Rustypiguk.

Update: February 2018. We are using Fennel Salami from our own pigs at the Royal William Yard Farmers Market, 1st Sunday of the month. Charcuterie supplied by @Rustypiguk.

Update: February 2018. We have a new vegan mozzarella supplied by @visforveggies (Plymouth pop up caterers) we can offer to our customers!

Update: May 2018: Now stocking @visforveggies vegan garlic and herb mayonnaise.

Update: May 2018: Now stocking @smeatonsmokehouse smoked olives. Devon's only smokehouse!

Update: June 2018: Delighted to announce we have purchased a rare breed cross of the Hungarian Mangalitsa with a Large White

pig. The Mangalitsa was declared extinct in the UK in 1970, so the cross breeding and re-emergence on the market is great for our customers as the breed is known for its pork in the same way as Kobe is known for its beef! Look forward to the products in the near future.

Update: October 2018: Delighted to be using our very own chorizo on our menu. A really deep red, warm chorizo sausage that works especially with Goats curd and olives on our 'Guadamar'.

Update: January 2019: We are now offering homemade Italian style beef meatballs, homemade garlic and honey roast chicken, and honey roast flavoured sausages from our pig. All currently available on our menu. We are moving away from importing and purchasing products, and creating more of our own unique ingredients as our skill set develops, so does our menu!

Update: December 2019: Taleggio cheese imported from the Lombardy region of Northern Italy has been added to the menu.

Update: December 2019: We are proud to announce we are using Deli Farm Charcuterie to supply us with their products.

Update:  December 2019: We are proud to announce we will be using Gribbles Family Butcher for some of our products.

Update: June 2020: We are using a South west supplier to provide our fior de latte cheese as standard on all our products.

Update: July 2020: We are collaborating with local Plymouth baker @stephaniescakesandbakes. Stephanie sells her awesome brownies and sweet treats on our van!
